Shreegunshra Dove (aka Coach Shree) has been teaching physical fitness at MCA since the fall of 2016. In 2009, Shree became a NASM certified personal trainer with a focus on athletic improvement and sports performance. That same year, he began coaching youth sports, and he discovered his passion for working with children. He has coached youth sports at the YMCA, CYO track, CYO basketball and cross country. Shree has also worked with numerous kids and adults one on one. Shree’s program is designed to teach the importance of regularly moving the human body in all directions. His goal is to instill confidence by getting the kids to push past perceived limitations safely and with good form.
