Andrev Baltazar

Andrev Baltazar has been teaching guitar class for the last 4 years. He’s been with MCA since 2006 in different capacities. He is a missionary from the Philippines, along with his wife and 2 kids Ethan and Clay. He is currently the pastor of New Life Church - Santa Rosa that he and his wife planted 7 years ago.
